Te Ngahoa Ataria

Te, the owner/operator of Ataria Carpentry is a qualified Carpenter with over 10 years experience in home renovations. Born and raised in a small town in the North Island of New Zealand. Te eventually moved with his family to Sydney Australia where he started his career as an apprentice Carpenter for a renovation builder in Hornsby. This is where he cut his teeth and learnt his craft. In his 3rd year Te was honoured to be awarded the HIA NSW Apprentice of the year award.

Te also has experience in Supervising medium to large scale renovations and extensions. This has allowed him to learn many other skills and lessons such as the importance of communication and transparency to clients and workers. Te has always enjoyed fixing and building which is why he has continued his career on the tools fulltime.
